Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, and a reliable shipping service with tracking is recommended.

Refunds

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed to the original method of payment. The refund will cover the product value only, excluding the original shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account, as this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Local returns (within Kuwait)

For returns made within Kuwait, customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment in accordance with the instructions provided by customer support, unless otherwise specified.
Any applicable return handling fees or courier charges may be borne by the customer, as communicated during the return process.

International returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes courier fees, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply when sending items back from abroad.
